Nymrel is operated by Jalen Johnson. This implementation notice describes the website behavior active in the current build and is limited to behavior that can be verified in the site and its configured providers.
What this site collects
The project-request form collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional company and website, the service or outcome you are asking about, and optional timing or budget context. It also records a normalized page path and a small allowlist of product and campaign context, such as the selected intake lane, entry point, intent, source label, campaign label, and creative label. Those values are length-limited and restricted to plain identifiers; audience choices, email addresses, arbitrary parameters, and full query strings are removed before storage. Nymrel does not use advertising trackers. Separate first-party performance measurements contain only a normalized page category, a performance metric name and value, and the server observation time. First-party audience measurements increment daily aggregate counters for an allowlisted audience choice, interaction type, and public offer target. These measurements do not retain raw events, form content, names, email addresses, visitor or session IDs, full URLs or query strings, referrers, user-agent details, or cross-site activity.
When you send a request
Nymrel uses the request to understand and respond to the work, decide whether it is a fit, scope a possible engagement, and keep necessary business records. A successful online submission receives a reference number. Contact stays inside the studio brief and lead pipeline so attribution and analytics remain intact. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive records through the form.
Current service providers
Vercel hosts this website. The configured Redis provider stores project requests and Agent-Ready order and work status for up to 90 days, first-party performance measurements for up to 30 days, and audience-measurement daily counters for up to 90 days. Stripe processes Agent-Ready checkout and payment information; Nymrel does not receive or store full card details. Brevo processes project-request and payment-status emails after the corresponding durable record is stored. An IP address is used transiently to enforce abuse limits; only a keyed digest with a 60-second lifetime is retained for that purpose, and it is not stored with a request or measurement counter. Aggregate audience reports suppress nonzero counts below five.
Cookies and local preferences
Nymrel does not set advertising or analytics cookies at launch. The optional light or night theme choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember that local display preference.
