These terms cover the fixed $500 Agent-Ready Audit and the three fixed-price scan fixes: Found & Fixed ($399 one-time), Stay Findable ($79/month), and Say-My-Name Pages ($299 one-time). A written scope controls any fix sprint, Watch plan, or custom engagement.

Fulfillment
Payment for the fixed audit starts the audit automatically. Nymrel verifies Stripe's signed confirmation, scans the public website supplied at checkout, stores a private report, and attempts delivery by email. The Stripe return URL is also the buyer's report link. If the submitted site cannot be audited safely or lawfully, Nymrel will explain why and issue a full refund.
Scan fixes
The three scan fixes start with a short confirmation call or a few messages so the work runs on the right facts. Found & Fixed is completed within 5 business days of that confirmation; Say-My-Name Pages are delivered within 7 days, and nothing goes live on your site without your approval. Stay Findable re-checks your site once a month and includes every fix in the monthly price — you can cancel anytime, with no contract and no cancellation call, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. You keep every fix and every report already delivered. No ranking, recommendation, traffic, lead, or revenue outcome is promised for any of the three.
Refunds
For the audit: you may cancel for a full refund before the automated scan begins. For the one-time scan fixes: you may cancel for a full refund any time before the work begins after your confirmation. For Stay Findable: cancel anytime; you are not billed again after the current month. Nymrel refunds any paid work it cannot deliver. Completed work is not refundable merely because rankings, citations, traffic, leads, or revenue do not change; those outcomes are not promised. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
