You do not need a Nymrel account. The free tools and the hosted connector take no sign-in, and there is nothing to create before you use them.
A tool returned the wrong answer
Send the tool name and exactly what you asked it. Every tool reports what it measured, so the request is usually enough to reproduce it.
The connector will not connect
Check the endpoint first — it is https://mcp.nymrel.com/mcp, and the setup for each app is on the connect page. If the address is right and it still fails, send the app you are using and the error it showed.
A tool says it is not connected
Two tools on the web suite — the fantasy trade evaluator and the permit lookup — have no data source wired up yet, so they say so rather than guess. They are not part of the connector.
Privacy, correction, or deletion
Start the note with "Privacy request" so it routes correctly.
