The pause promise
If two months in a row come back clean, we'll tell you to pause. Nothing to fix means nothing to pay for. Start again whenever something changes. We'd rather have you for years than bill you for empty months.

Who you're dealing with
Nymrel is a small team that does one thing here: making sure AI assistants get the facts right about local businesses. No jargon, no agencies, no mystery invoices. The people on your first call are the people who do the work.
We start with a short call or a few texts to confirm your details. Then we do the work and send you a plain-English summary of everything we changed. Every deadline — 5 business days or 7 — starts the day you confirm, and if one is ever at risk, you hear it from us before it slips, not after.
What we won't do: Promise you what an AI will say. We fix and maintain your side — the facts, the pages, the listings. What any assistant does with correct information is up to the assistant, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing on your dime.

No. Cancel anytime, no contract, no phone call to escape. Fixes are included, so there's nothing to upsell you on. And if two monthly checks in a row find nothing to fix, we tell you to pause instead of billing you for doing nothing. Can't my web guy do this?
If they'll re-check every month, indefinitely, across every place your info lives — sure. In practice, recurring checks are the first thing dropped when a web person gets busy. We do it every month whether anyone remembers or not.
What if a month comes back clean?
You still get the one-page status showing exactly what we checked. If the next month is clean too, we'll tell you to pause.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep every fix we've made. We just stop checking. If things drift later, run a fresh scan and pick up where you left off.
